LiGas is a patented liquefied gas electrolyte that replaces conventional liquid electrolyte, significantly improving performance, safety and enabling extreme temperature range.
Developed and tested with support from US Army DEVCOM C5ISR, South 8’s LiGas battery cells are currently being evaluated in prototype battery packs for soldier portable applications.
